The
first time you go into a house, it’s rare that you feel straightaway that it’s
your own place. It may be somewhere where other people have lived before and is
still full of objects and memories, or it may be a fresh environment offering that
special welcome reserved for new owners. It is by putting oneself in this
hiatus that design comes about, in the form of respect for the style and
interpretations of everyone.
It
is the work of individual designers, craftsmen and occasional or longer term inhabitants
that creates the spirit of a place: genuine respect consists in its transformation,
without fear or absolute certainties.
This
is the spirit that drives our research and which de_nes what Bonaldo has to
offer: in this case a unique proposal named B/Style, which has its roots in
that profound transformation of society and tastes which today is no longer
measured according to decades, but rather through daily evolutions of styles
and sensitivities.
The
world of B/Style is made up of interiors and all those objects that are part of
it such as tables and chairs, bookcases, accessories and lamps, as well as
upholstered elements like sofas and beds, all of which are invited to interact with
each other in a dialogue that goes beyond the simple intermingling of voices.
